Orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Orders will need verification and approval before shipping. Please allow 48 hours to process your order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Make sure to allow for extra time during holiday orders. We will do everything we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Heritage Design STL/ are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during shipping process. If you received a package that has been damaged, please notify us immediately at so we may try to resolve the issue. Packages marked delivered by the postal service that go missing or are delayed by severe weather, or service problems within the postal service do not fall under our responsibility.

We will send you an email once your item has shipped. All items will be sent within the USPS and a tracking number will be applied to your order. You will be able to track that item at your convenience. Please understand that it could take 24-48 hours for the postal service to update scanned items. Once the items it marked shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

Please understand we are a small business. We work very hard at what we do, and how we create and develop our products. Your happiness with your purchase means everything to us. We thrive on offering you items that are original and unique. Pieces you can add to your life and cater to your individual style and personality. Our goals are to help you stand out from the crowd and feel inspired. We are continuously adding new items to our shop so please visit as often as you can.


For clothing items, including curated and handmade items, you can send the item(s) back to us within 15 days upon receipt of goods. Those items cannot be worn, washed, or damaged when returned for an exchange. Once the exchangeable item is received, we will issue you a gift card via Square. You can use this Gift Card to select another item. We will notify you via e-mail when the Gift Card has been issued.
