Shipping policy
Orders will ship within 3-5 business days. Orders will need verification and approval before shipping. Please allow 48 hours to process your order. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Make sure to allow for extra time during holiday orders. We will do everything we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Heritage Design STL/suzannelay.com are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during shipping process. If you received a package that has been damaged, please notify us immediately at chaos@suzannelay.com so we may try to resolve the issue. Packages marked delivered by the postal service that go missing or are delayed by severe weather, or service problems within the postal service do not fall under our responsibility.
We will send you an email once your item has shipped. All items will be sent within the USPS and a tracking number will be applied to your order. You will be able to track that item at your convenience. Please understand that it could take 24-48 hours for the postal service to update scanned items. Once the items it marked shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
